What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Specialist, Remote position at Franklin Savings Bank?
We are looking to add to our thriving Customer Contact Center!
The Customer Support Specialist will provide excellent customer service to the bank’s customers by performing a variety of banking functions and developing meaningful relationships with clients to promote loyalty with FSB. The candidate will support the Bank by ensuring customer calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner, putting customer service at the forefront of each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls in a timely and effective manner
- Identify customers and their needs
- Research and get to the root cause of customer problems
- Educate customers on financial products and services
- Keep records of customer conversations and follow up when needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interacts harmoniously and effectively with others, working collectively to achieve bank goals while fostering excellent teamwork
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and excels in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- In-depth understanding of the Bank’s customer service systems
- Satisfactory home internet
Location:
- This position is fully remote.
- Please note that the candidate will start working in the Farmington branch to receive necessary training before going remote.
