Head Teller, Ellsworth

Franklin Savings Bank is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new retail branch in Ellsworth, ME providing traditional banking services beyond our existing Business Center. We are looking for the right candidates to join our growing team! As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head Teller to lead our customer service team and establish a strong presence in the community.

As a Head Teller, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service, guiding your team to success, and making a lasting impact on our customers' financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the customer service team, including coaching, performance evaluations, and motivation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with transactions and banking needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers’ financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Work independently while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong customer service background
• Banking experience

Location:

• This is on-site, located in Ellsworth, ME.
