Seasonal Facilities Representative I — Farmington
Are you a reliable, hands-on individual who enjoys working with others and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join our team as a Seasonal Facilities Representative and help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
This is a seasonal position running from May through August, with hours ranging from 24 to 40 per week depending on candidate availability and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general building and grounds upkeep
- Coordinate with vendors during scheduled visits
- Respond to facility-related issues and assist during emergencies
- Assist with special cleaning needs inside and outside the buildings
- Occasionally use power tools or ladders for minor repairs and maintenance
Position Details:
- Seasonal position from May through August
- This timeframe is flexibledepending on candidate availability and business needs
- On-site at Farmington, ME location
- Part-time or full-time hours available depending on business needs and candidate availability
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older (due to occasional use of power tools)
- Valid driver’s license may be required for inter-branch duties
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Experience in facilities or maintenance is a plus, but not required
