Key responsibilities
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train spa staff including estheticians, front desk personnel, and other support staff.
- Supervise staff performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
- Conduct staff meetings to communicate updates and goals.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations of the med spa, including scheduling appointments, patient check-in/check-out, and room management.
- Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies, ensuring proper ordering and stock rotation.
- Implement and maintain efficient systems for patient records, billing, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Patient Care and Satisfaction:
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all patients.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the med spa budget, tracking revenue and expenses.
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Set sales goals for staff and monitor performance against targets.
- Marketing and Sales:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients.
- Manage patient retention initiatives.
- Train staff on sales techniques to promote services and retail products.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations related to medical spa operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all procedures.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of care.
- Collaboration with Medical Professionals:
- Work closely with the medical director to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
