Responsibilities
- Assist General Manager in all aspects of leading and managing store operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for opening and closing store during shifts.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to track sales and inventory levels.
- Analyze retail math data to make informed decisions regarding pricing and inventory management.
- Manage staff during shifts while fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in an assistant managerial role within a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to lead by example.
- Proficiency in math skills related to retail operations.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to store management is essential.
