As a member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining aseptic techniques, and supporting the surgical procedure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of a sterile field during surgical procedures
- Preparation of supplies, instruments, and equipment related to surgical procedures
- Support of the surgical team by providing accurate and timely information
- Participation in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certification as required by state and/or center
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
