What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback - Loop Restaurant/Craft Beer Bar position at Franklin Tap?
Franklin Tap is hiring for a bar back position. We are a super fun and VERY busy lunch and after work restaurant & craft beer bar located in the Loop. If you have high volume back back or hosting experience and love the lively bar scene, but not late nights, we might be the place for you.
Position will be a hybrid role of bar backing, hosting & food running.

Ideal Candidates Will:
-Be at least 21 years of age - *Under 21 will not be considered for hire*
-Be outgoing and fun; be comfortable & courteous talking to guests
-Be hard working, punctual and a team player
-Be able to complete different tasks throughout the day; From greeting guests at the door, to assisting bar tenders as a bar back, and working with kitchen staff to run food
-Shift start times vary from morning (10am start time for opening/lunch shifts) to afternoon(4pm for happy hour/closing shifts)
-We're open 7 days a week - weekday & some weekend availability needed; can be flexible working around your schedule - ideal for college students
-Be able to lift 50 pounds or more (kegs & beer cases)
-Have or be willing to attain: ServSafe Food Handler Card & Basset Liquor certification
