Department Title : Undergrad Intern - Digital Assets Technology

Location : The intern candidate must be based in San Mateo, CA, Rancho Cordova, CA, or Ft. Lauderdale, FL this summer, and be able to commute into the office on a Hybrid basis.

Position Summary :

The Digital Assets Technology team is responsible for leading development efforts around blockchain technology and digital assets investment strategy.

Our team is seeking an intern to join us in growing the early stages of our team as we excitedly build the next generation of tokenization tools, merging technology and investment management.

The tools we will build as part of this internship will impact the entire Franklin Templeton organization. Some of the products will be offered in a "SAAS" package for other companies to use.

Team Culture :

We are a very sharp and diverse team of committed technologists! Most interactions and collaborations happen over Teams calls; however, we have daily check-in meetings and regularly use Jira to organize tasks and priorities.

A Digital Assets Technology Intern at Franklin Templeton can expect to learn :

Compensation Range : This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 37.5 hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $24 - $31 USD per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.
