PULL-OUT RESOURCE SPECIAL EDUCATION ELEMENTARY TEACHER (2024-2025)

Seeking a NJ Department of Education certified Special Education Teacher w/ K-6 Elementary Certification.
CERTIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS
Valid New Jersey K-6 Elementary Certificate and Teacher of Students with Disabilities
OR
Teacher of the Handicapped
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and individual learning preferences.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that align with students' goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver instructional interventions using evidence-based practices and principles of Universal Design for Learning.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and partnership in supporting students' academic and social-emotional development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education.
- Proficiency with instructional technology.
- Spanish speaking a plus
