Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, promoting child welfare, and supporting the overall development of students in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote childhood development.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
• Facilitate physical education activities that promote health, wellness, and teamwork among preschool students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum offerings and share best practices in early childhood education.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to child welfare policies and procedures.
• Engage with parents and families to support their child's educational journey and address any concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is required.
• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Experience in physical education or related activities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate students and interact with parents.
• A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.

Pay: $31,119.00 - $41,722.00 per year
