Responsibilities
- Address issues related to production equipment (including 6-axis robots, PLCs, vision systems, and high-speed chains), as well as equipment management and maintenance.
- Lead technical improvement projects for equipment.
- Compile and update equipment management documentation and develop maintenance standards.
- Perform technical analysis and statistical tracking of equipment failures and incidents.
- Oversee the planning and management of equipment spare parts.
- Provide training and skills enhancement for equipment technicians.
