Position Overview:
We are excited to offer an internship opportunity for ambitious and motivated rising seniors looking to gain practical experience in presenting and promoting the company’s products and solutions. This role will provide hands-on involvement in real-world projects, mentorship from industry professionals, and exposure to the renewable energy and energy storage industries.
This internship is based in California, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team at our corporate office and lab located in the Bay Area. As part of our innovative company, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, industry-leading environment, contributing to projects that impact the future of renewable energy and electrical systems.
This internship is expected to run from June to August 2025, with exact dates subject to adjustment based on candidate availability and business needs.
This internship position, based in California, offers flexibility to be remote, hybrid, or onsite, depending on both the candidate’s location and the hiring manager’s discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the R&D, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams with basic research and administrative tasks.
- Assist in updating and organizing product documentation.
- Conduct introductory market research on emerging energy technologies and trends. Inform product definition and roadmap.
- Help create engaging and visually appealing slide decks for presentations.
- Assist in gathering feedback on product issues and compiling insights.
- Support event planning and logistics for industry shows and company events.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Perform other assigned tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, entering senior year.
- Demonstrated interest in the solar or electrical industries through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities. Interest in Behind the Meter and DER assets is a plus.
- Interest in renewable energy and a passion for innovation and sustainability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
(Not required but appreciated)
- Basic understanding or interest in analog circuits and AC/DC conversion
- Experience with circuit design software, Python, or electrical testing equipment
- Previous internships or volunteer experience in a related field.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
