Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage supplier quality processes, including organizing daily, weekly, and monthly quality meetings.
- Proactively identify process quality risks through PFMEA and enhance the quality control plan.
- Conduct quality assessments for New Product Introductions (NPI) and set quality standards.
- Perform thorough production line audits to ensure that quality control points (first article inspection, patrol inspection, and final product inspection) are effectively implemented.
- Certify supplier quality personnel with a focus on inspection standards for first article, patrol, and final inspections.
- Support suppliers in analyzing process anomalies, determining accountability, and ensuring resolution tracking.
- Monitor and confirm Engineering Change Order (ECO) modifications.
- Evaluate non-conforming products by assessing anomaly nature and notifying the Supplier Quality Engineer.
