We are looking for an experienced leader to direct our Manufacturing / Process Technology team. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, working closely with technical teams and senior management to set the strategic direction. Your role will be crucial in bringing innovative technologies to life in our next-generation battery production facilities worldwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- As the overall leader of U.S. manufacturing, coordinate resources to ensure the stability of process quality and the smoothness of operations.
- Responsible for building the U.S. local team, including recruiting personnel and conducting performance evaluations.
- Responsible for establishing a quality control system for U.S. manufacturing to ensure the quality of the manufacturing process is under control.
- Oversee and develop the business processes involved in U.S. manufacturing.
- Accountable for the delivery capacity of U.S. manufacturing, driving both internal and external efforts to establish appropriate production capacity.
