This role is centered around ensuring the smooth operation of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) throughout the production testing process. The individual will be responsible for identifying and resolving software and hardware issues, providing immediate solutions to maintain system stability. In addition, the position includes performing regular inspections of test equipment, training new staff, and creating detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for testing activities. The role also involves collaborating with the R&D team to analyze and address product issues, driving efforts to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot software and hardware issues during the production testing process, providing temporary solutions to ensure the stability of Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Perform routine inspections of production test ATE, conduct training for new employees, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for testing operations.
- Conduct initial analysis and troubleshooting of product issues, collaborating with the R&D team to identify and resolve technical problems.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience in production testing and issue analysis for power-related products such as photovoltaics, inverters, frequency converters, energy storage systems, or UPS is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting ATE (Automated Test Equipment).
- Proficiency in operating common testing instruments such as multimeters, power meters, air leak testers, and programmable power supplies. Experience with LabVIEW is a plus.
