Job Description
- Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) by the State of Florida desired but not required
- Previous experience in Community Management desired
- Assist in overseeing a portfolio of Associations working with the Boards and Communities
- Candidate performs a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to phone support, filing, typing, distribution of correspondence and mailings, assisting in responding to Board and Owner requests, etc.
- Manage maintenance proposal processes (RFI, RFP)
- Manage vendors and maintenance within the communities
- Excellent customer service - focused on understanding and patience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Very knowledgable in MS Office and Web applications
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and think and work independently
The individual would be expected to have a smartphone (preferably, Apple) - and comfortable working with a laptop and web applications.

- Computer proficiency
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
