Starting Wage:
- $18.50/hour to start
- Automatic raise to $20.00/hour after 6 months of employment
What You’ll Do:
- Clean and detail vehicles inside and out to meet dealership-quality standards
- Wash, wax, buff, and polish exteriors to bring out the shine
- Vacuum, shampoo, and deep-clean interior surfaces including seats, carpets, and trim
- Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to identify any needed repairs or cosmetic touch-ups
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with overall shop cleanliness
- Perform safe vehicle movement within dealership premises
- (Optional/if applicable) Apply window tint or vinyl wraps as needed
- Work closely with the sales, service, and restoration teams to ensure vehicles are delivered in showroom condition
What You Bring to the Team:
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine pride in your work
- Prior experience in detailing is a plus — but we’re happy to train motivated individuals
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the job (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
