Crewman

Franky’s Lawn Care, LLC is seeking hardworking and reliable Crewman to join our landscaping and lawn maintenance team. As a Crewman, you will be responsible for performing various lawn care and landscaping tasks to ensure customer properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an outdoor environment.

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain clean and professional landscapes.
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, sod installation, and minor irrigation repairs.
• Remove debris, leaves, and other waste materials from job sites.
• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn treatments as directed.
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and stored at the end of each workday.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent injuries and property damage.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on job sites.

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
