What You’ll Do:
As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of That 1 Painter—meeting new people, closing deals, and helping homeowners bring their vision to life. No cold-cubicle vibes here. You’ll be out in the field, learning fast, making real connections, and seeing your hard work pay off.
- Visit homes and businesses to provide quotes for painting projects.
- Help clients choose services that fit their needs (and upsell when it makes sense).
- Represent That 1 Painter at local events and trade shows.
- Network with realtors, property managers, and other professionals.
- Keep track of leads, meetings, and deals in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the team to make sure every job transitions smoothly.
