About the Role:
As a Sales Manager with Wow 1 Day Painting, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for project estimations, overseeing work from start to finish, and ensuring superior results. Key Responsibilities:
- Sell residential and commercial painting projects.
- Manage and coordinate skilled subcontractors.
- Create detailed estimates and maintain project budgets.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving with crew teams.
- Develop job-specific schedules and plans.
- Upsell services to maximize client value.
- Proactively address challenges.
- Represent Wow 1 Day Painting at events and with local partners.
- Generate new business and leads through various grassroots marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Centric attitude
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven sales ability and self-motivation.
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- 3 years of B2B and B2C sales experience.
- 3 years of management experience.
- In-home sales experience (preferred).
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience in lead generation and professional networking.
- Bilingual (Preferred not required)
Compensation & Perks:
- $70,000 to $110,000 annually
