Position Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, combining leadership with hands-on involvement to make every project a success. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, create accurate project estimates, and oversee project execution—all while ensuring top-notch satisfaction. You’ll also play a key part in growing the business by recruiting talented subcontractors and building a referral network. Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from initial lead to final payment, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality completion.
- Prepare precise and comprehensive project estimates while addressing customer needs and expectations.
- Supervise subcontractors to guarantee exceptional craftsmanship and adherence to schedules.
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and fostering referrals.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and community partners to strengthen trust and collaboration.
- Educate customers on project specifics, pricing structures, and factors impacting costs.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to drive profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leverage modern technology and CRM systems to optimize processes and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to provide valuable feedback, identify areas for improvement, and help drive continuous growth and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and negotiation, with a track record of closing deals and earning customer confidence.
- Skilled in estimating and well-versed in roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and a proactive mindset for solving challenges.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related discipline.
Requirements:
- Balance time between on-site work and office responsibilities.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Utilize ladders to assess roofs and other exterior components.
- Engage in company meetings and training programs to stay informed and grow professionally.
