1. Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, administrative tasks, and office organization.
- Maintain records of clients, caregivers, and other key data in relevant systems (e.g., HHA-Exchange).
- Manage office supplies, and equipment.
2. Staff Supervision and Coordination
- Supervise and support caregivers, coordinators, including managing schedules, and training.
- Handle onboarding, and training for new office staff and caregivers, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Develop staff schedules, assign caregivers to clients, and manage coverage to meet client needs.
3. Client and Family Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and families, addressing inquiries, complaints, or scheduling issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction and quality of care through regular check-ins and client visits as needed.
4. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, especially for non-medical home care services.
- Maintain up-to-date records on caregiver credentials, certifications, and ongoing training to meet compliance standards.
- Coordinate quality assurance activities, such as audits and internal reviews, to uphold service standards.
This role demands strong organizational skills, knowledge of home care regulations, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage both staff and client relationships.
