What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Cleaner FT - Carmel Area position at Frantz Building Services?
Position Details:
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
PAY RATE: $17-$19/hr
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
SHIFT TIMES: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday
NOTES:
*Must have open availability to fill in as needed in the surrounding areas of Carmel, IN.*
*Must have a valid DL and clean driving record to utilize company vehicle*
What the job looks like:
- Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
- Collect / empty trash and recycling receptacles.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean glass and doors.
- Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
