Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Heat Treat Operator to join our team. This role involves operating multiple furnace lines to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within our company.

Duties

• Run heat treat furnaces.
• Ensure products pass quality checks.
• Complete all necessary documents accurately and adhere to 5S standards for cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Use moderately advanced measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment. Highly experienced operators will be considered for advanced opportunities in this field as well.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to handle basic issues and problems, with a beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• Knowledge of safety practices in an industrial environment is essential.

Skills

• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

• Pay range between $17.50 and $20.50 per hour. Off-shifts have a $2.00 additional shift differential.
