Job Title: Sales Route Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Route Professional to join our team at Franz Family Bakery in Crescent City, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload and deliver baked goods to retail and institutional customers while maintaining a safe and courteous demeanor.
- Collect outdated products from customers and return them to the regional loading depot.
- Responsible for reordering products and ensuring customer shelves are adequately stocked and properly faced.
- Meet or exceed sales objectives and perform all job duties in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven sales experience with a solid work history of one year or more.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and frequently bend, stoop, twist, reach, kneel, and squat while loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- A valid driver's license with proof of vehicle insurance and a clean driving record is necessary.
- Effective communication skills to interact with store owners/managers and supervisors.
- Availability to work between 2 a.m. and 4 p.m., weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
