Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a creative, go-getting Content Marketing Specialist. You’ll be crafting posts, taking photos, creating videos, and even starring in them sometimes—so you’ve gotta be cool with being in front of the camera!
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) by staying on top of trends and creating fresh, engaging content.
- Create digital assets ranging from eye-catching graphics to videos that showcase our landscaping services, garden center goodies, and cool events.
- Be both behind the camera and in front of it—sometimes, you’ll be the face of Franz Witte in our videos!
- Help plan and pull off company events like parties, fundraisers, and meetings (and yes, that might mean working the occasional weekend or evening).
- Write and design company newsletters to keep the team updated on events, safety news, and general company happenings.
- Jump into conversations with our followers, reply to comments, and keep an eye on our reviews.
- Design visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365.
- Use project management software like Asana, Monday, Trello, or Microsoft Tasks to organize your work.
- Help out with email marketing—think catchy copy, cool designs, and scheduled sends using platforms like Mailchimp.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with the marketing team on new, exciting ideas.
