About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and service work on residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous and professional manner.
- Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent premature breakdowns.
- Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with additional training and 5 years of experience in HVAC.
- Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local laws.
- EPA and safety certifications are also required.
- You must be skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
