This candidate must have keen attention to detail and be an adaptive person.The Assignment Coordinator is a fully remote position working from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.Assignment Coordinator Responsibilities : Duties / Responsibilities :
- Manages sensitive client data and PII (Personally Identifiable Information)
- Assesses referrals, inputs data, assigns appropriate service to management in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
- Works with other team members, managers, and sales staff to accurately dissect referrals and understand client needs
- Meets productivity expectations and error rate criteria after successful probationary period Requirements : Required Skills / Abilities :
- Case Management experienceAble to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and internal individualsAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsExcellent reading comprehensionCritical thinking / problem solving / troubleshootingExtract necessary information for case setup / database input from reading diverse types of documentsWork independently, but also as a team member contributing to department goalsEducation and Experience :
