Job Title: Vendor Manager Specialist
Job Location: Remote
Job Type: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Compensation: $25 - $35
Reports To: Senior Vice President

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Managing independent investigative vendors panel firms and vended investigative assignments to include:
- Coordinating and triaging assignment intake
- Providing assignment instructions
- Monitoring the progress of assignments and service level agreement compliance
- Reviewing and approving vendor billing and generating invoices on vended files
- Recommending additional services when warranted
- Grading vendor results
- Identifying red flags on cases worked by vendors
- Reporting red flags to client or internal SIU staff
- Resolving issues with both the client and vendor panel firm
- Meeting with Clients for sales and good will purposes
- Participating in stewardship preparation and presentations
- Participating in vendor stewardship preparation and meetings
Managing a vendor panel program to include:
- Documenting client instructions
- Communicating client instructions internally and to vendor panel firms
- Identifying and vetting vendor panel firms to include:
Service & pricing agreement execution
Insurance validation & re-validation
Licensing validation & re-validation
Background & Drug screening validation & re-validation (when articulated in contracts)
- Managing case management system vendor portal credentials
- Training vendors on Frasco’s vendor management systems
- Monitoring the overall performance of vendor panel firms
- Communicating client expectations to internal operations managers
- Monitoring the progress of active investigations
- Tracking program metrics and data elements
- Reporting on the overall performance of vendor panel firms
Participation in client program implementation and stewardship meetings
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Exceptional writing skills
- Investigations and vendor management experience preferred
- · Attention to detail
- · Ability to effectively communicate with others
- · Ability to meet deadlines
- · Excellent communication skills
- · A good driving record
- · Computer literate
- · Minimum 100/300 auto insurance with business use coverage
- · Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- · Ability to work independently
- · Internet connection at home (for remote workers)
- · Computer or laptop (for remote workers)
