Job Location : Remote

Compensation : $72,000 - $95,000

Reports To : Vice President, Information Technology

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to :

The Dynamics 365 Developer / Administrator will be responsible for analysis, development and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform including Dynamics CRM and customized Field Service model driven application. The candidate must have strong core knowledge of the Dynamics 365 environment (including UI / form development, various application models, security roles, plug-ins and CRM solution management. Additional areas of responsibility may include Power BI development, Power Automate, and other aspects of the Power Platform ecosphere. Experience utilizing MS DevOps to lead team projects using agile or hybrid-agile methodologies is a plus.

Working with our Senior IT Director, duties / responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

  • Perform systems administration, maintenance, development and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365.
  • Configure, enhance, maintain and develop Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing applications, as well as custom model-driven and canvas mobile device applications
  • Implement works flows with D365 and Power Automate to create system and organizational efficiencies
  • Manage SharePoint and Dynamics 365 databases
  • Develop and maintain custom plug-ins based on needs identified by user base using C , C#, .NET and JavaScript
  • Manage users, teams and contact security roles and permissions
  • Develop and maintain client, vendor and employee portals for Dynamics 365 application
  • Develop, implement and maintain Azure WebApps, WebJobs
  • Develop and maintain integrations (JSon, SOAP, XML and SFTP)
  • Develop and implement management information reports and dashboards utilizing PowerBI, SSRS, and D365 Charts / Views / Graphs.
  • Resolve user technical issues and provide support to resolution
  • Leading and coordinating the activities of developers

  • SDLC : Agile processes, quality assurance, testing, bug identification and remediation

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects

    • Qualifications

  • BA / BS in Computer Science or related degree preferred
  • HS Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Technical Certification considered with work experience
  • 3 years working with Dynamics 365, CRM, Azure, and Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 Training Certifications
