Residential and Commercial Cleaner

Fraser Cleaning Services are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in homes, offices, and commercial properties. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering excellent cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and maintain residential homes, offices, and commercial spaces to high standards.
• Sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Handle special cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and window washing, as needed.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow company policies and cleaning procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Interact professionally with clients and respond to any special cleaning requests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to job locations.

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
