What you will do:

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with pharma and biotech industry trends.
• Drive business development efforts, ensuring client success and long-term partnerships.
• Lead global operations, navigating regional challenges and compliance requirements.
• Foster a culture of engagement, transparency, and collaboration within the organization.
• Ensure seamless coordination across BD, QA, HR, procurement, and finance teams.
• Champion high-content assays and specialized services, identifying market opportunities.
