Key Responsibilities:
Search Process & Candidate Management
- Manage the full-cycle executive search process with precision and efficiency.

- Lead or participate in client briefing and discovery calls.
- Gather and relay candidate feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Provide clients with market insights and data-driven hiring recommendations.

Business Development & Client Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in life sciences organizations.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new client opportunities.
- Drive client expansion through consultative engagement and talent insights.
- Collaborate with leadership to craft tailored recruitment solutions for key accounts.
Networking & Market Intelligence
- Establish and expand a specialized network of professionals in the life sciences industry.
