Our client is seeking a supportive leader to ensure compliance with regulatory standards by developing and implementing robust quality systems as well as Evaluate existing processes, recommend enhancements, and drive long-term quality objectives.

Your objectives :
As the Quality Head, you will be measured against the following objectives :
1) Quality Systems Enhancement : Strategically improve quality systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Your expertise will drive compliance and operational excellence.
2) Leadership and Staff Development : Lead and mentor our QA and QC teams. Foster a culture of innovation, competence, and professionalism. Active training plans will enhance staff capabilities.
3) Strategic Partnerships and Customer Satisfaction : As our Quality expert, you’ll engage with industry partners addressing product quality matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
What you will do :
As the Quality Head, your duties and responsibilities will include :
- Leads the Quality function as a key member of the Site Leadership team.
- Oversees Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams, fostering professional development and guiding staff.
- Spearheads Audits and Regulatory Inspections, providing strategic leadership and support across the site.
- Acts as the primary Quality expert, offering informed guidance to Operations, Research & Technology (R&T), and other departments.
- Manages specific customer accounts as the Key Account Quality Manager, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Optimizes quality systems by developing and enhancing compliance-related manufacturing and process controls.
- Assesses and improves existing Quality systems, aligning them with long-term organizational goals.
- Serves as the main point of contact for industry partners, addressing product quality issues and regulatory interactions.
- Designs and implements targeted training programs to enhance Quality staff competence and professionalism.
- Ensures Quality systems meet stakeholder needs, focusing on efficiency, quality, budget management, and profitability.
- Assumes responsibility for the Quality budget while driving Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Represents the company in site-specific quality and cGMP compliance matters.
