Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining the Fraser, Ltd. technology infrastructure.
- Provide users with network technical support.
- Respond to needs and questions concerning their employee network access and IT resources.
- Set up and install hardware, software and peripherals for employee use.
- Assist with maintenance of the organization’s websites.
- Liaison with IT Consultants and other vendors in solving IT related problems.
- Carries out special projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform duties outlined in the Business Office binder as required for the position.
Education and / or Experience
The IT Specialist should be experienced in support of Microsoft products, networking, and server maintenance and upkeep. They must have a strong familiarity with PC hardware and software. This individual must be a self-starter who can interact well with all levels of Fraser, Ltd. staff. Must possess strong analytical interpersonal, and communication skills and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
