We are looking to hire an accomplished corporate and estate planning attorney with four to six years of relevant experience. Attorneys who thrive at Fraser Stryker embrace diverse perspectives, value teamwork, and deliver exceptional client service.
Your Role
- Legal Advice: Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of corporate law, commercial real estate, and estate planning;
- Corporate: Advise clients on entity formation, contracts, corporate governance and merger & acquisitions;
- Commercial Real Estate: Negotiate and draft agreements, leases, and loans; conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and environmental assessments; and advise on zoning and permitting issues;
- Trust and Estate Administration: Assist clients throughout all stages of the planning process and throughout probate proceedings. Provide fiduciary representation and management of complex trust structures;
- Collaboration: Partner with clients and advisors to understand client objectives, provide legal advice and ensure client satisfaction;
- Relationship Management: Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development.
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Four to six years of relevant corporate, commercial real estate, and estate planning experience
- Licensed: Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state of Nebraska
- Client-Centric: Targeted focus on client service and responsiveness
- Productive: Produce high quality, efficient work product, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Articulate: Communicate complex concepts concisely and effectively
- Flexible: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Autonomy: Take ownership of independent work and can handle appropriate cases with minimal oversight
- Driven: Show initiative and seek responsibility
