We are looking to hire an accomplished labor and employment attorney with ten years of relevant experience. Attorneys who thrive at Fraser Stryker embrace diverse perspectives, value teamwork, and deliver exceptional client service.

Your Role

• Legal Defense : Defend and litigate lawsuits in federal and state courts involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges or citations, including jury trials;
• Regulatory Guidance : Provide advice and counsel to public and private employers on a wide range of state and federal labor and employment laws and regulations;
• Document Compliance : Draft and revise legally compliant policies, handbooks, employment contracts, separation agreements and other employment-related documents;
• Investigations and Risk Management : Conduct or assist clients with internal investigations or audits and provide proactive risk management solutions;
• Safety Compliance : Advise clients on best practices for compliance with occupational health and safety laws, provide proactive advice, assist with internal and governmental investigations, and defend safety-related citations and lawsuits;
• Labor Relations : Devise lawful strategies and policies for employers who prefer to remain union-free, and
• Union Advisory : Advise unionized employers on union-related issues, conduct bargaining negotiations, and defend union grievances and arbitrations.
