Fraser is currently hiring a Program Coordinator / Designated House Coordinator to join our team. Candidates must qualify based on one of the following three as assigned by 245D, which includes a combination of work experience and education.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent :
- A minimum of 50 hours of education and / or training related to human services and disabilities with four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older. Note : a qualifying Designated Coordinator under 245 D must provide Supervision.
- BA / BS in Human Services or related field with 1 year of full-time work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 years and older.
- Associate degree in Human Services or related field with 2 years of full-time work experience (or equivalent) providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 years and older.
