Fraser is seeking a Financial Analyst II to analyze trends and developments within Fraser’s financial environment and provide insights and recommendations to supervisors, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include conducting financial analysis of varying complexity, supporting budget planning, variance analysis, and payer mix analysis, as well as assisting with finance and accounting functions. This role will also develop financial reports and dashboards to support managerial decision-making and performance monitoring.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Compiles and organizes financial information for the organization creating reports as directed by the Finance Leadership ensuring that all data is accruate.
- Proficient in obtaining and analyzing data from various systems. Including payroll, Electronic Health Record, budgeting software.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and forecast models, tracking variances and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support clinical, operational improvements, revenue cycle and strategic initiatives, as required by management.
- Monitors actual results of financial data against plans, forecasts and budgets.
- Gathers, organizes, documents, and interprets relevant financial and data information, partnering with other departments on creating dashboards, summaries and outcomes that lead to specific and targeted action.
- Reviews with Finance, month end reconciliation practices and outcomes.

The starting pay range for this role is$73,000 to $76,000 per year depending on qualifications.
