Right now, we are searching for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide consultative support to business leaders in assigned areas on talent management, people-related best practices, employment law, and Fraser employee policies. The HRBP analyzes data to identify trends in performance and collaborates with leaders to evaluate the root cause. This position partners with leaders to improve the overall employee experience, drive sustainable growth, increase employee retention and engagement, and serves as a mentor to other HR team members.
You might be right for the HRBP position if :
- You demonstrate critical thinking in supporting supervisors in researching relevant facts and evidence and exhibit independent / non-biased review of information to promote effectiveness of dispute resolution that is legally compliant and consistent with Fraser practices.
- You serve as a role-model to sound investigative techniques by demonstrating empathic listening skills, and the ability to balance compassion with the need to deliver clear and difficult messages in a respectful manner.
- You possess social and emotional intelligence to independently support employees who have different positions, needs and perspectives.
- You can appropriately communicate and distribute all relevant information to supervisors and employees which may include : request forms, federal policies and notices, internal policies, medical certifications, restrictions, approvals and other communication.
- You are committed to promoting diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion with focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness and reflection.
- You can maintain accurate and organized tracking systems for all areas of responsibility to ensure Fraser's compliance with applicable policies and laws to minimize organizational risk.
- You can independently manage entry level employee relations issues for all program areas.
