Therapist - Couples and Families

Fraser is seeking a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW) to support Frasers Adult Mental Health program. You will provide clinical therapy services to adults including outpatient therapy, group facilitation and assessments. Fraser provides training and growth opportunities!

Qualifications

• Mental Health Professional: active LICSW, LMFT, LPCC licensure
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License
• Ability to pass Minnesota DHS background check
• Must have experience providing services to adults, couples, and families required
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
• Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy for adult clients, primarily serving couples and families
• Provide initial screening and assessment according to presenting need for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns.
• Provide other clinical services based on client and business needs.
  
  

To qualify, you must have a completed Master's Degree and hold or are actively pursuing an active independent licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) or are pursuing licensure.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday- Friday during standard business hours
• Salary: Mental Health Professional pay range is $78,000-$82,000, actual offer will depend on qualifications (DOQ) and licensure status.
