What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction/Energy Disputes Lawyer – Aberdeen/Edinburgh/Glasgow position at Frasia Wright Associates?
We are delighted to have been instructed on this new Dispute Resolution role with our client, a full-service international Law Firm. The firm is currently seeking an Associate / Solicitor Associate to join its leading Infrastructure, Construction & Energy Disputes team (ICE); the location of the post is flexible and can be based in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The post-holder can expect to advise on a broad range of energy, construction and engineering disputes and will be largely involved in the team’s business development activities. To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified Lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE and extensive experience of contentious construction (energy) and dispute resolution. Previous experience of project management is desirable however not essential.
This is a full-time position and a great opportunity to work closely with a variety of different partners and associates and develop new skills within this area of law.
