We have been instructed on an exciting opportunity with our client, a leading Scottish Law Firm. Due to business growth, the firm is seeking an additional Lawyer to join its thriving Corporate Team in Glasgow.
This dynamic team has a strong pipeline of work, offering the successful candidate the chance to engage in a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, joint ventures, and restructuring.
This role is ideal for individuals who demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to their work and exhibit confidence when engaging with clients. To be considered for this role, you should posses a minimum of 1-year PQE with experience in this area.
