What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim In-House Legal Counsel – Edinburgh/Hybrid position at Frasia Wright Associates?
We have been exclusively instructed on this unique In-House role with our client, a growing organisation in the energy sector. The organisation is currently seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its progressive Legal Team in Edinburgh. The post will run for a period of 6 months on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week).
Reporting to the CFO, the role involves providing legal advice and support across the business, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as managing legal and regulatory issues. The position also includes corporate secretarial responsibilities, such as drafting board resolutions and ensuring compliance with company.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with experience in commercial contracts / company secretarial work, gained either within a private practice or in-house environment.
