Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5:30pm with some evenings and holidays.
Position Summary: The Community Life Coordinator facilitates and coordinates programs, special events, and activities that create an optimal environment and community for Frasier residents.
Here is what you will do:
- Assist with creating, publishing, and advertising monthly event calendars
- Organize and facilitate resident outings and accompany residents
- Collaborate with community organizations and support residents in attending events
- Collect, record, and be accountable for receipts for ticket and meal purchases
- Act as a host/emcee for programs and parties
- Maintain appropriate and timely documentation
- Create and maintain documents and details relating to events and programming
- Coordinate cross-campus events and collaborate with other departments
Here is what you will need:
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in a senior services environment or related field
- Excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed or requested based on community life programs
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office
- Creativity that knows no bounds
- The ability to bring smiles to faces, even on the toughest days

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $21.05-$26.15
