Position Summary:
Frasier is seeking a temporary, full time Custodian for leave coverage to work Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm. This position is responsible for the cleaning and general maintenance of the community’s public areas across the campus. Assists with resident relocation, moving furniture and personal belongings. Work may be assigned in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or the Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing).
Here is what you will need:
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able understand and speak the English language.
• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment.
• Attention to detail and desire to ensure a lean and safe environment for our community.
• Must successfully pass organization required background screening.
• Must successfully complete organization health screening requirements.
Here is what you will do:
• Treats residents with dignity, respect, gentleness, and kindness.
• Cleans and supplies designated areas within the community.
• Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Completes out heavy duty cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects.
• Performs carpet cleaning duties including carpet cleaning care, extraction, and maintenance.
• Notifies supervisor of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
• Stocks and maintains supply rooms.
• Follows all health, safety, and disinfection regulations.
• Responds to complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.
• Adheres to regulations regarding health, safety, and disinfection in a healthcare setting.
• Assists residents in relocating items to an appropriate, specified area.
• Assists with room set-up requests.
• Adheres to departmental uniform guidelines.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $19.80-22.74 per hour
