Position Summary :
Seeking experienced Shift Supervisor for our Peaks and Prairies Independent Living dining rooms. This is a full time, 40 hour per week, benefit eligible position. Weekend availability is required. Shifts will be a combination of the following times including 6 : 30am-3pm, 11am-7 : 30pm and 12pm-8 : 30pm.
We strive for work / life balance. This role will be scheduled to work 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off, either Tuesday / Wednesday or Wednesday / Thursday.
Must provide excellent customer service and enjoy working with the senior population.
Here's what you need :
- 1-2 years' experience in a restaurant, fine dining or catering setting, preferably in a senior services environment.
- 1 year of Shift Lead or Supervisor experience.
- Familiar with expediting food.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and staff.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language.
- Computer competency required.
