Position Summary:
This high-impact leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our community while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and team members.
The VP of Operations leads key operational departments and drives strategic growth within Frasier; overseeing Wellness, Hospitality, Spiritual Life, Dining Services, Community Life, Environmental Services, and Facilities Maintenance, ensuring excellence in service, innovation, and resident satisfaction. Key foci of this role are the development and mentorship of department directors, fostering a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement and strong and effective resident relations
Additionally, the VP of Operations will play a critical role in evaluating growth opportunities for Frasier and will be instrumental in the proposed expansion of 90-100 new independent living apartments, currently in the design and permitting phase.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Excellence
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with residents by keeping open lines of communication and addressing operational concerns with care, transparency, and responsiveness.
- Create, implement, and uphold thoughtful and effective policies, procedures, and programs for the areas of responsibility that support efficient operations while enhancing the experience of both residents and team members.
- Seek information on emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in the management of Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs).
- Actively contribute to the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program by sharing insights, collaborating on quality initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Actively participate in the Safety Committee to ensure a safe and compliant environment for residents, team members, and visitors.

Strategic Operational & Financial Management
- Develop budgets, strategic plans, and both short- and long-range objectives for all areas of responsibility.
- Align operational and financial priorities with the broader vision of the organization, ensuring a cohesive and purpose-driven approach to success.
- Steward financial resources responsibly, empowering departments to operate efficiently while maintaining a strong foundation for the organization’s future.
Expansion & Growth Initiatives
- Lead operational efforts related to the planned development and expansion of Frasier’s campus.
- Evaluate potential opportunities for additional growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Compliance and Safety
- Complete all required compliance training.
- Comply with HIPAA Privacy and security rules.
- Report any mistreatment, abuse, or neglect of a resident to law enforcement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of senior living industry management experience with a focus on operational leadership (experience in Life Plan Communities/CCRCs, other senior living, or healthcare environments preferred).
- Active CO Nursing Home and Assisted Living administrator licenses, or willingness to obtain them.
- Experience with growing campuses preferred.
- Proven record of enhancing operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction and team member engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living operations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and grow a strong, collaborative and high performing team.
- Passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and creating an engaging, enriching community.
- Must successfully pass organization-required background screenings and comply with vaccine requirements

Compensation: $175,000.00-$210,000.00 per year. Bonus eligible.
