We currently have a position available in our completely renovated Pittsburgh office for a highly organized Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

With over 25 insurance companies we represent, we have a policy to fit most businesses and individuals at the most competitive premium. Our tremendous growth has created a need for additional Insurance Agents / Client Service Representatives. Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus unlimited commission

- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through warm calling and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
