Sales Associates are responsible for prospecting, for finding solutions to customers' finance and vehicle needs, and for providing 5 Star customer service. We are hiring sales professionals with outgoing, friendly and professional attitude to join our growing team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets and assists new customers that enter the dealership lot or online
- Determines the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
- Effectively closes automotive sales
- Ensures the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Fielding phone and email leads

Qualifications:
- Preference given to those with Spanish/English Bilingual status
